And you shall say to Tyre, who dwells at the entrance of the sea, trading of the peoples from many islands: thus says the Lord to Tyre, You said, I have put my beauty around myself.

Fine linen with embroidery from Egypt became your covering, for glory to place on you and to wrap you in hyacinth and purple from the islands of Elishah, and it became your wrapping

The elders of Byblos and their wise men were in you; these strengthened your counsel, and all the ships of the sea and their rowers became for you for the west of the west.

Your riches and your wages and your mixed goods and your rowers and your pilots and your counselors and your mixed men from your mixed goods and all your warriors who are in you and all your assembly in your midst shall fall in the heart of the sea on the day of your fall
