6
And Deborah sent and called Barak son of Abinoam from Kedesh of Naphtali, and said to him, Did not the Lord the God of Israel command you, and you shall go to Mount Tabor and take with yourself ten thousand men from the sons of Naphtali and from the sons of Zebulun?
9
And she said, Going I will go with you; only know that your preeminence will not be on the way on which you are going, because into the hand of a woman the Lord will deliver Sisara. And Debbora arose and went with Barak from Kadesh.
14
And Debbora said to Barak, Rise up, for this is the day in which the Lord has delivered Sisara into your hand, for the Lord will go out before you. And Barak went down from Mount Thabor, and ten thousand men after him.
15
And the Lord threw Sisera and all his chariots and all his camp into confusion before Barak by the edge of the sword, and Sisera dismounted from off his chariot and fled on foot.
17
And Sisara fled on his feet to the tent of Jael, wife of Haber, the companion of the Kenite, because there was peace between Jabin king of Asor and between the house of Haber the Kenite.
18
And Jael went out to meet Sisera and said to him, Turn aside, my lord, turn aside to me; do not fear. And he turned aside to her into the tent, and she covered him with a mantle.
21
And Jael, the wife of Heber, took the tent peg and put the hammer in her hand and went in to him in secret and drove the peg into his temple, and it went through into the ground, and he, being in a trance, was darkened and died.
22
And behold, Barak was pursuing Sisara, and Jael came out to meet him and said to him, Come, and I will show you the man whom you are seeking; and he went in to her, and behold, Sisara was lying dead, and the tent peg was in his temple.
